You can't deal with Openreach directly, they are not customer facing, you can only deal with BT.
As liquorice said, BT will need to look first and if they can’t sort it then raise a job with Openreach. There isn’t a short cut unfortunately.

Just to update:
No idea why but the internet kicked in today - haven't even tried a new router as it is still not been delivered.
I imagine something must have happened behind the scenes with my account but who knows.
