Hi, we changed our business phone line and broadband to BT business recently. Now we cant connect our analogue phones and devices. Phones are not that important but we need to be able to retrieve the callers' caller ID through a device. We were using a simple device that was connected to phone line and computer and it was retrieving the number and passing it to the computer. The hub we had has a socket at the back to connect old phone lines but it has been covered with Not for use sticker.
Any help appreciated as we really need to get the customers' numbers.

You are not the only one https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Phone-line/Cisco-ata-191-192-for-digital-phone-line/m-p/90090
I called the number and ordered an ATA adapter, it is a bit costly but we need it. Thanks for your help.
If its Cisco, then it will be expensive but good. I hope it all works out
If you have any other issues, the Business forum is the place to go. I sometime look at it for interest, as I used to maintain business Private Circuits (ISDN30), which is how I found those threads.
Residential customers do have the ATA interface as part of the home Smart Hub 2.
