The postcode bt have for my address is not the same as the postcode royal mail have for my address
Bt have my address down as one postcode and royal mail have it down as another how do I fix this problem with BT to put my postcode correct please someone help thanks in advance

Call the FTTP team and have the serial number of the ONT ( the openreach box on the wall) to hand. The serial number will tell them which propery it is registered to.
