Timescale openreach

I have just moved into a block of flats, my flat is not wired up for broadband ie phone line the other 7 flats are. I have put a phone call into bt they have sent a request to openreach. Does anyone know how long it takes so I can get Internet. Thanks I am despairing

No, of course not. Nobody except Openreach know what is required and what workload and staffing levels are like in your location.
