Hi,
I'm currently building a site for a client which is hosted on GoDaddy. In the last couple of days I've been unable to connect (timing out). After a long session trying to contact GoDaddy I gave them a traceroute to the website in question and they suggest that the IP of the host server is being blocked by my ISP (BT).
I'm using the BT SmartHub (Fibre Broadband (VDSL)). Is anyone able to suggest the best way to get this resolved? Or, do I need to go through technical support?
