I already have a BT Smart Hub 2 with 3 Complete Wi Fi black discs to provide seamless wi fi throughout the house. My download speed is 150Mbps. This system has always worked perfectly well. So I'm not keen on changing!
But because my contract is expiring I have been forced to 'upgrade' to the closest match I could find which is a BT Hybrid Connect Complete Wi Fi system with the same speed 150Mbps. Do I keep all my existing equipment and simply plug the new Hybrid Hub into the back of the existing Smart Hub 2? I'm hoping so, because this will save re programming all my wi fi connected devices, My Energi system, and Heatmiser heating controls to a new router.
Thanks for your help.

Yes you keep the same Smarthub etc.
For information, if in the future you ever do need to change your Smarthub/router all you need to do is change the SSid (name) and password of the "new" Smarthub/router to that of the "old" Smarthub/router and your devices will be none the wiser and just connect to it as normal.
