Urgent delivery failed

Hello. Last week my Internet broke down. I spoke to someone on Thursday and they arranged for a mini hub to be delivered to me whilst I wait for an engineer this coming Wednesday. This was due to be delivered to me by DPD on Friday. They failed to do so after waiting in all day.  Yesterday they eventually sent me a time slot of 4-5 pm.  This came and went.  Again I missed a concert last night as I was expecting this delivery.  Then the DPD app updates saying it was delivered and received by "delivered" I have not received this parcel.  I have contacted them this morning and they said the parcel is in their Cardiff depot but nothing they can do and to contact sender to rearrange.  This is extremely urgent as I need the mini hub as I work from home.  Quite distressing  ! Are you able to help please ?

Call BT, this is mainly a customer to customer help forum so calling is the quickest way to resolve
