When is 1.6gbps and WiFi 7 coming to BT

Does anybody know when 1.6gbps and a WiFi 7 capable router is coming to BT? If it is not can we transfer to EE 1.6gbps yet?

Hi @shakey1981 

As long as it's ordered/performed as a re-grade migration, not a new connection, there is no activation fee charged when migrating a service from BT to EE  😀

Be careful though as billing is automated and if you're still in contract with BT then you'll get a early termination charge

Absolute rubbish, if transfer is done following correct process no charges are applied at all

ive done this at least 5 tmes over the years with differnt providers

the only thing i had was when a previous provider kept billing me after i supplied proof id actually left the had refunded me and closed my account this was years ago tho

yeah if your still in contract yes but first thing i do in this case is check when my end date is if you get charged etf thats not on the isp at all if you forget or dont check this
