Can someone please help!!, my white socket on the wall has a red light on it, where it says ‘LOS’ which I assume means lose of Service, anyone know why this would be??, I now currently have no internet in my house. I text the help number from Twitter they say there’s a fault but haven’t specified what it actually is.. they also said it won’t be able to get fixed till Thursday!!
Not sure what else you are expecting, you have a fault and have been given a fix date.
if you have reported the fault and got openreach visit for thursday - ie tomorrow not sure what you expect from a residential line I would say that is very good service
did you try turning power off to ONT - white box - and on again?
