Why can't I create an account

Everytime I try to create an account for my bt id it keeps saying that there is a technical fault and to try again later and when I try to do it again it keeps saying that and don't know what to do as I want to see when my services are going to be active as got someone coming out on tuesday can anyone help me with what is happening please

Have you had a previous BT account?

Have you tried phoning CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help you

I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing an error when trying to create a BT ID. As @imjolly mentioned, the best next step is to give our customer support team a call. They’ll be able to check what’s causing the error and help get your BT ID set up so you can see the details of your order and services
