Wi-Fi separate band

I'm considering joining BT but want a particular feature.

Does BT allow me to put my PS5 on its own bandwidth so that other devices don't slow my game down?

If by that do you mean does the BT hub have QoS, then the answer is no. But you can use whatever third party router you like. QoS is a router function, not an ISP function.
