Wifi disappeared and hub started flashing purple out of nowhere?
On Saturday during storm Darragh, my wifi completely went down and my hub started flashing purple - which I found out means the broadband cable has disconnected. I assumed the storm was affecting service and didn’t worry.
However, it’s now Monday evening and I’ve had no wifi since Saturday afternoon. Hub is still flashing purple. I’ve tried turning it off/on (classic), disconnecting and reconnecting the broadband cable, but it’s still not working.
How can I fix this?

When did you report it to BT, as it won`t get better on its own?

@Keith_Beddoe
Ah, I thought it was maybe something I could fix. I’ve just tried logging a broadband issue on the BT site but received an error message saying “This service is not currently available”. Also attempted to text 61988 but the text didn’t send.
I suppose I’ll have to call tomorrow morning, unless there’s any way of contacting them in the meantime?
