can fibre cable run under roof tiles?

Just had full fibre installed, engineer said could not run under roof tiles( comes in from pole) as copper cable is. Fitted a "swan neck" to gutter so cable is now in "mid air" up to dormer window where run from pole is attached. This looks very untidy. Why cant fibre cable run under roof tiles??

Interested to know how the Engineer attached a Bracket 32 to a Gutter.

You sure he hasn’t attached it to the fascia board?

Also when you ask can it be run under the roof tiles are you asking for the tiles to act as a drop wire fixing, aka Bracket 32 and a clamp?
