Openreach only offer morning or afternoon slots. The afternoon slots are 1300-1800 but we are not available any day before 1400. There does not seem to be a way of speaking to openreach.

assuming you are a BT customer the you need to phone CS 03301234150 to rearrange your openreach visit
there is no contact from this forum to openreach
They don’t do restricted appointment slots, it’s literally just the AM and PM.
Your only hope is the Installation Tech doesn’t show up until after 14:00 or if they do show up at say 13:00 then they might be able to come back. Depends really on how many other jobs they have and there location.
