It looks like Openreach full fibre is available to your property via an overhead feed.

Have you tried calling the options team to see if they can offer you an upgrade? 0800800030

Sorry i deleted my original messages. I got myself a bit wound up with the whole story / last month with BT and FTTC.
Hoping that FTTP can make amends for the recent experiences we have had.
