dlm question

hi. what kind of profiles does the dlm have? Which one is the most optimal for gaming.

Is it possible not to notice any dlm changes to your line, but still effect gaming? even with a low ping?

just wanted to know for educational purposes.

I understand that. But I am interested in knowing regardless. And you say you can't change anything, but if the problem is fixed, surely the dlm would eventually revert its changes?
