It would help if you entered your address in the dslchecker and posted results including notes. It would help with any further advice from forum

Where have you posted it, I don't see it in this thread?
If you want help from these forums, you are going to have to post the results here, remembering to remove/blank out any personal details, eg your actual address.

I meant it as I’ve checked not posted
from my understanding says it’s not available but still not getting how other people in my close/street can get
i I think a phone call will solve it but thought I’d ask here first

Hi @ross85 I agree that it's worth a phone call into our team so that they can check to see if they can run some checks and give you a more definitive answer.
To speak with us, you'd just need to dial 150 from a BT phone, or 0330 1234 150 from any other phone or landline.
