internet stuck at 10mb

Hi my broadband already 1 week stuck on 10mb should be 70mb not know what the problem

Have you been having problems with your connection dropping?  Often?

If you still have phone use and not digital voice try dialling 17070 option 2 should be silent no noise whatsoever

Can you post connection stats from your router?

Tested and they found fault engineer is coming in 2 days
