less downstream after botched switch to digital voice

i just switched to digital  voice seed in my connection i had 79.99mb down stream i know have 69 bit are noe claiming this is with speed guarantee so there nothing they can do 

 

this was a fault caused by bt affer a botched digital switch over which  meant i now have a temp number and less speed that i had before on the same package and i had no broaband untill today

I can't think of any way that being switched to DV can adversely affect your broadband speed. DV uses just a tiny fraction of broadband capacity.
You may find that if your turn off your hub, leave it for 30 mins or so, and then turn it back on again, you'll get up to your previous 79Mbps, as the hub has connected to a different server.
In reality though, I doubt you'll notice any difference between 69 and 79Mbps unless you are trying to download lots of huge files simultaneously

possible regrade in mu orders so that may be it
