Re: move from BT Full Fibre to EE

Having gone through this process the following will happen.

1) You will recontract with EE, if you have a TV package with BT this will also be precontracted, so be prepared to negotiate aiming for paying no more than you currently pay. (Check the deals EE are offering new customers beforehand)

2) Your Direct Debit will be transferred over to EE

3) EE will bill you from the day the transfer occurs.

4) BT will automatically credit you back any overpayment, confirming by letter.

Hope this helps

yes but will be the 1st EE bill be for 2 months as they usualy charge a month in advance so 1st bill is usually quite more than usual

Re: move from BT Full Fibre to EE

My first bill was from the date the service commenced up until the end of the month.

My DD day also changed to the 15th of the month.

So in my case it was from July 31st until 6th September

Thereafter it will be from 7th of the month until the 6th of the following month

Hope this helps
