Hello Folks
I was hoping someone might be able to help with issues that have been ongoing for over 2 years. We are on FTTC, with the cabinet is located 0.5 miles away, our broadband speed and availability is very unstable, it can be anywhere between around 6-11Mbps download/0.0-0.4 upload, multiple engineers have been out and replaced the router, socket, cables etc but still the problems exist so I was hoping that if I posted some stats on here someone might be able to interpret them and offer some help.
