hey,
so my mum recently switched us to vodafone broadband after being with BT for years. we got shut off from BT this morning and aren’t being transferred to vodafone until the 4th.
i also did research (which i wish she’d have done lol) and saw vodafone isn’t the best so we purchased BT again this morning.
is it possible to call BT and let us use the box we already have - that was working this morning - and them switch it back on? or is that stupid?

I think you need to phone CS 03301234150 and explain you have left by mistake and see if they can help you
