"Free" upgrade to FTTP

As BT have repeatedly and with no explanation cancelled my FTTP upgrade for over 6 months (my contract explicitly states a "free" upgrade when FTTP is available) - I consider myself out of contract.

I've tried to upgrade 10 times, but each time BT just cancels the order - one time they actually tried to contact me, and gave me "three days or we will cancel your order", on December 28th, while I was on holiday, away from home - so I don't count that as " trying".

Any advice on how to proceed, as the online chat is useless and the orders team takes hours to get through to?

Re: "Free" upgrade to FTTP

Call BT 0330.1234.150 or if you can not be bothered doing that move to another provider.

Re: "Free" upgrade to FTTP

Can you enter your phone number and post results including all the notes. See if FTTP is available and if any problems with installation
