I've recently completed a shambolic upgrade to Full Fibre, that resulted in my partner and I being unable to work from home for two days....nice one!
After I finished the upgrade installation myself, I now have a surplus BT router and power supply. I need to return these, like I have in the past. Having looked on the (un)Help(ful), the solution seems to be to go to MyBT and go to the "Return your BT kit" section.
I've looked everywhere and can't find it; does anyone know how I request a "Returns" package.
Apologies to the BT staff/ admins, I know you're just working to pay the bills, but BT just get worse and worse. At least we can say it's EE's fault, now.
