street cabled

Our street has had 3 lots of fibre cable ducted. This was about 4 months ago since then nothing. Are we close to fibre or are we in for a long wait.

Who pulled the cable? Was it for a nearby phone mast? Was it and AltNet? Was it CTV?

It is possible there is an AltNet connection available for you but who knows?

First was Openreach then Netomnia who also put new chambers in a few places. I never got to find out the other cable fitters name. Like I say no pole fittings.  Last year a few poles were replaced.
