1571 service on a mobile

Is there is no option on a mobile 1571 to directly return a call to a message left?  Have just changed my EE sim card on my Sony mobile to a BT sim still on the EE service.    There is no option now to directly  return the call after  listening  to the message .  There was before the change . Sometimes people fail to leave their number and oddly occasionally there is no record of the call on list of recent calls    Any help appreciated  Glen

In a word; no. Best way to combat is to set up a personalised message for your voicemail and ask them to leave name and number, or to send you a text.
