Apple watch sim
Hi there,
First post here.
Recently got an iphone and now wanting to buy an apple watch with cellular. Im confused to what i need to do to get setup.
Do i need a seperate contract with data plan etc or can it just sync it to phone to use the same plan?
I read something about an esim but BT dont do them? But EE do even though they are same company. The merger has confused me a lot, when looking at my account on BT app , if i want to upgrade it sends me to EE but i cant login at EE as says i dint have an account.
Seems to be a minefield of info on forums/google about my issue but none give me the answer.
Cheers for any help

Re: Apple watch sim
I’m afraid BT mobile do not sell the required eSIMs and never have. I had the same problem after buying an Apple Watch with cellular.
EE do support Apple Watch through specific add on to your contract. So if you want your Apple Watch to work with cellular unfortunately you will need to move your contract to an EE one.
BT mobile contracts are being phased out over time anyway.
