BT Family 5G SIM plan

Hi, I am currently out of contract. However, I am still with the 12GB Family SIMM plan where I have myself and my wife on this pan at £12 per month. We do not use anything close to the 12GB of date that we are allowed and I have today registered with something new that has popped up on the website. This is for 10GB plan at a slightly reduced price. I have registered this for myself and also - I think my wife. However, I ma not certain if I have done things correcty.
I want to basically move away from the 12GB plan and set up the 10GB plan for myself nd my wife.
Assuming that I have done everything correctly by registering for the 10GB online, will this stop/delete the family 12GB plan (ideal situation) or will I billed for two different services. Any guidance or advice on my problem would be helpful

this is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT  .  Try phoning CS 03301234150 or try message now to billing and they should be able to answer your question
