BT Frustration

Contacting BT I believe is now restrictive.

Abroad, forced to use overseas number to try and rectify Travel Data Pass, despite activation ended up with roaming charges of £49.99 (wiped off).

However charged for two calls in order to understand why Travel Pass/roaming wasn't working . £75.

12mins & 16mins most of it listening to how Wonderfull BT is a provider together with EE.

Text messages and Email to anyone to resolve not available.

Email complaint service  not available.

Business users have What's App/email.
