Since the recent price increase introductions, the ability to upgrade to alternative SIM plans (e.g. plans with more data etc.) is now extremely limited. Only 1 plan is showing under My BT > Mobile > ‘Change plan’ options which is for less data.
Personalised Offers under “My BT” also displays - ‘We are unable to show you any personalised offers at the moment’. It been like this for a couple of months.
Other BT mobile accounts in our household are also the same? - anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks!
You might need to call 150 up and see if there's any tariffs they can offer you.
BT mobile is closed to new customers and they have been gently pushing existing customers to EE so it could have something to do with that.

150 might be the only option. Even the recommended, best value plan BT sent via email before the price changes is unavailable online too!
BT are pushing toward EE for certain.
