I have a Sim only plan with BT Mobile. I want to move to another network - when I checked My BT for the contract end date, it just says “currently not available “ - does that mean I am out of contract? If so, presumably I can move my plan and number to another network with no penalty fees? Thanks.
Works for me. Perhaps you should try again, logging in via MyBT either via your PC and your mobile app.
It was rather early when you made your post. Perhaps there was some maintenance going on at the time.
