mobile no longer working the instant I requested a PAC code

My mobile is now not working, I can't report the fault as I have no phone. he only way to report a fault is via phone apparently, absurd

Is there an online chat I can access?

I requested a PAC code and immediately my phone doesn't work

Annoyed doesn't cover it
