I got an email from BT on 27th August saying:
"We’re getting in touch to let you know that, from 5 September 2024, we’ll be moving BT Mobile to a new voicemail platform".
But nothing has changed. I wonder if it has been delayed, or did anyone get the new platform?

We got a letter telling us about it. We were abroad on 5th September, so I waited until we returned before doing anything about it. I called 1571 and it appears that you need to reset any PINs or greeting messages that you may have had on the old system in order for them to work on the new one.
My Voicemail has now been changed to the new system - 6 weeks after I got an email saying it was about to be changed!

Both my Digital Voice landline and BT mobile have been moved to the new Voicemail.
It was many weeks after the emails that they were updated.
