I've just activated my new BT sim and was surprised to find that the signal is much worse than the EE PAYG sim I used to check coverage in this area.
I get Edge and perhaps a little bit of 3G signal on BT but a decent 4G signal on EE. Why would this be? I thought it was exactly the same network.
Tested by switching between SIMs on the same phone.
