This is a recurring problem which is getting very annoying. I'm paying BT for too many services not to be able to access such a basic thing, like checking my call history. It happens to me probably once every two months, and I can't see my call log for a week or two, and then it will work again. Attempted to check my call log this morning for the first time in ages, and received the message " fetching the authorization token, please wait for a moment" and nothing happens. Tried the actual URL site instead of the app, and the exact same message. This is so basic, for it not to be working once every eight weeks for a week or two is so annoying. It will make me change provider.
