Contact BT re roaming
Can anyone help me please. BT have advised I’ve reached my data roaming limit and now I can’t phone them to sort this. Does anyone have an email/chat link please so I can fix this. I don’t know how I reached my limit when I was only in the country 2 hours and made no calls and didn’t touch emails or the internet. But that’s another question. Thank you.

Have you checked MYBT and then mobile is it possible you have international speed limit set to £0 if so increase to £5
