Contacting BT from abroad with no mobile service

Does anyone know how I can contact BT from France to find out why I’m not connected to any mobile network here? I have wifi but can’t call any BT numbers using that. Also can’t login to My BT because  I’m not receiving the passcode even by email. Is there an online chat I can use to contact them? Thanks

Thanks but the contact is just a phone number which I can’t use as I have no phone connection! It doesn’t work over wifi. I need a way to send a message but there’s no obvious way to do this.

Do you have the "Whats app" app on your phone? If you do you can use its phone function if you are connected to wifi.
