Last month, I had a text to say I had used my total usage of 5 gigs (well before renewal date) when the BT app showed usage of only 2.3 gig. Called BT and they could not explain it but confirmed the usage was showing as being used.
I have just had text to tell me I have used 4 gig this month and BT app showing daily usage amounting to total usage of 1.23.
For the vast majority of the time my mobile data has been switched off this month and used only occasionally for email, WhatsApp and, very rarely if at all, browsing.
How can this be right and how can I rely on the usage figures quoted in the app?
