Very clever BT/EE as there's no suitable community board to ask questions about EE SIM Only deals. So I've chosen this board as it's mobile related.
A lot of people like me have been BT customers for years, yet when one tries to find a decent SIM only deal you're taken to the EE website. Only when you click on one of the offers will you notice a pop-up asking if your a BT customer.
The discount EE are offering to BT customers is terrible, and absolute **bleep**. This, now joint industry, should be providing better priced broadband, and better priced EE SIM only card deals with discounts based on how long people have been loyal customers and not just for new customers. I firmly believe BT and EE are taking advantage of their loyal customers by well overcharging.
So, my message to BT and EE is this. You're not short of dosh. Yes, you are a large business and any business must survive by attracting more customers. But please have the decency to give more consideration to your long term loyal customers. Stop charging too much. Charging too much and inflating prices by making them out-of-reach for the many is not fair.
