I am getting an engaged tone whenever I try to cal someone from my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy) . The person I am calling can hear me ringing but just get no reply when they pick up. I have try turning off wi-fi calling but it makes no difference. I can't make calls and all calls coming to me are going straight to voicemail which I can't access as I just get an engaged tone when I try to call voicemail!!! What can I do?
