I am trying to connect my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro to BT Mobile Data but when it sends the data from the App to BT, I receive an error code of 4001. What do I need to do to allow the connection? Samsung have pointed me towards BT to find out why they are not allowing the connection?
The watch pairs with my phone without a problem, but when trying to get the watch to use it's built in LTE connectivity it fails to connect.

BT don't support eSIMS used by smart watches.
BT seem keen to move contracts to EE, so it might be worth enquiring if you can do that penalty free.
