Getting through to mobile help

I had an order being put through on Friday to move  TWO Sims, out of contract, to a FIVE Sim Family deal

The sales assistant put through the first TWO, then said I’d need to get back to BT ‘tomorrow’ to get the order finished. I haven’t been able to get through. And now I’ve had notification that TWO Sims have been moved and telling me the cost, which is different and more expensive per Sim than the FIVE Sim deal

Is calling 150 (as directed) the only way to try and get through? They don’t even ask you to make a choice of options anymore so you’ll end up being queued more than once

Online Chat has vanished altogether - how can I get my deal finished and amended now?

I would suggest in your specific circumstance ringing through to BT customer services.
