In a word "help". I went abroad and didn't enable the setting to permit usage abroad. I checked everything before I left except making sure the damn SIM is enabled.
I just tried to enable it on the myBt app but it keeps erroring. Every link tells me to call the support on 150 but I can actually do calls at the moment 🤔
I can't find an email for support so I'm hoping someone here has a way to do this...

Thanks for the response. I ended up using my daughter's phone to make the call to BT support. They sorted me within 10 mins after a short security check.
Won't make this mistake again.
