After phoning BT to make sure my phone would work in France and being assured that it would I arrived at 2am and cannot figure out why I have no signal let alone data.
I can't even contact BT for help as they only have phone numbers to call.
How can I contact someone for help?
Currently sat in a McD's using their WiFi
go to MYBT and make sure international calls are allowed and also make sure you set spend limit to greater than £0 say £5/10

I'm hoping that a family member can contact BT on my behalf as it seems I have no hope. Where is the online chat feature when I need one?!
