How do I set up an answer phone message on my new BT mobile phone?

Hi @james37,

Welcome to the BT Community

If you want to set your own voicemail greeting for your BT Mobile, you should be able to do so by calling your voicemail on 1571 then press 2 for personal options and then 1 for Greeting messages, then follow the instructions to record and save a new one.
