Why am I not able to remove the additional data that I added to my mobile account? The website when this was added had no waring that I would not be able to remove this. I only wanted to increase the additional data for one month. Phoned BT to remove as it appears that you cannot do this on the website. I'm now informed that the only way to resolve this is to take out a new contract with EE. There was no mention of this when I upgraded. I am now stuck with an additional monthly cost that I cannot get rid of.
This is sharp practice by BT and I will be taking my complaint to the regulator.
