This is a BT Customer to Customer forum. You need to contact EE customer services.
If your parcel is being delivered to a locker or pickup point, you will not receive a code until it is ready to be picked up. This is done, just in case there are no lockers available, and to prevent customers turning up before their parcels are at the pick up point and then getting aggressive with the workers there!
