I'm looking to get a bt itemised phone bill for my mobile number from Feb/march 2021. Is this possible and how do I do it.

Doubtful, BT Mobile always had unlimited minutes, your bill will show how many inclusive minutes were used, only chargeable calls will be itemised.

If they go back that far pretty sure the itemised portion of the bill will show calls even if they're inclusive of your bundled allowance.
