Has anyone taken out any of the new BT packages on offer, specifically the £15 for 30GB ( Doubled as I'm on Halo+).
I've been an existing BT Mobile customer for many years now with 3 sims and the price has ben creeping up with the yearly price increases so thought this would be a good deal.
When I called up to change my existing BT sims to the £15 deal the guide couldn't find it on his system, even though it was on their web page, he listed all the other ones but not the one I was after.
Unsure if he was just wanting to push me to EE as he brought it up at every opportunity, every time I call BT BT these days it turns in to a EE sales pitch.... but I digress!!
When I ty to log in to the mobile section on the web page it just takes me to the home page with the advert for BT Mobile.
Has anyone managed to take out the £15 30GB package?
