I understand @daviehop. Most customers are being moved from BT plans to EE plans at the point of upgrade, as they are part of the same company.

I'd recommend giving the team a call, so they can see what is happening with your plan, and why this isn't due to happen for a month.

Ok, thanks for your help, if only it was that easy to give them a call, not very impressed with bt customer service, has drastically went downhill over the years. Thought i would have had some answers regarding the month wait, now it will be another higher monthly payment to bt, at the old contract rates.
